Cancellation and refunds

Effective September 1, 2026

This page explains cancellation, refunds, trial behavior, and data handling for Plootek subscriptions operated by Wealth Intelligence Labs. Shop invoices that tenants issue to their own customers are separate.

This page describes how Plootek is offered as a software product. It is not legal advice, and it is not a jurisdiction-specific opinion about your business.

Plans and prices

The product currently packages self-serve workspaces as Starter, Growth, and Pro. Included users and location limits are shown in Billing. Dollar prices, annual discounts, and live charging are enabled only after Wealth Intelligence Labs publishes them in the product.

Prices are fixed per supported currency or market. We do not use adaptive foreign-exchange pricing, and we do not silently convert a published price into another currency.

Trial

Self-serve workspaces start with a 14-day trial. Adding a card during trial does not end the trial.

When the trial ends without a valid subscription, the workspace becomes read-only for new operational writes. Existing data is retained. Owners and admins can recover billing from Billing or by contacting support.

How to cancel

Request cancellation from Billing when self-serve billing tools are available, or email support@plootek.com from an owner or admin address for the workspace.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless law requires a different result or we confirm a different date in writing.

Access continues through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled at period end. After the period ends, operational writes are paused and records remain available for export and billing recovery.

Past-due grace

If a paid subscription becomes past due, the workspace has a 3-day grace period during which operational writes may continue. After grace, unpaid, or cancelled status, new operational writes are paused until billing is restored.

Plootek subscription refunds

Plootek SaaS subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including remaining time in a billing period, except where required by law or approved in writing by Wealth Intelligence Labs.

Trials are not a paid period. We do not treat a trial as a prepaid subscription refund.

Shop and customer payments

Invoices, deposits, and card charges that a tenant collects from its own customers are the tenant’s transactions.

Wealth Intelligence Labs does not control refunds for those tenant-customer payments and does not promise to refund a shop’s customers. Ask the shop that issued the invoice.

Data export, retention, and deletion

While a workspace is active, permitted users can export operational reports as CSV from Reports.

CSV export remains available in a read-only billing state according to the user’s permissions. Cancellation does not immediately delete records.

To request a broader export, reactivation, or deletion of a workspace, email support@plootek.com or privacy@plootek.com. Deletion is processed manually by support. Automated account-destruction tooling is not part of Core.

Reactivation

If retained data still exists, owners and admins may request reactivation through Billing when checkout is available, or by emailing support. Reactivation restores access to retained workspace data rather than creating a blank shop.
