Privacy Policy

Who we are

Plootek is operated by Wealth Intelligence Labs. This policy covers information we process as the operator of the Plootek product.

Tenant businesses also enter information about their own customers and staff. Those tenant records are the tenant’s business data. We process that data to provide the Service to the tenant.

Information we process

Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership and role.

Business and customer data entered by a tenant: customer and vehicle records, jobs, appointments, quotes, invoices, payments recorded in the workspace, notes, photos, documents, authorizations, inventory, leads, tasks, and similar operational records.

Communications metadata and content: message destination, timestamps, delivery status, and message body for tenant-initiated SMS or similar communications, plus platform transactional emails such as invitations and billing notices.

Billing and subscription information: plan, trial and subscription status, and payment-processor identifiers needed to manage the tenant’s Plootek subscription. We do not use the product to sell personal information.

Technical and security logs: sign-in events, request metadata, error events, and similar records used to operate and secure the Service.

Cookies and necessary web technology: session and authentication cookies, and similar technology required to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, and protect the Service. We do not operate a third-party advertising pixel as part of Core.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users; to send transactional messages; to process SaaS billing; to diagnose failures; and to comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use tenant customer lists for our own marketing.

Processors and integrations

We use service providers to host the application, store data, authenticate users, send email, process SaaS subscription payments, and, when a tenant enables it, send customer SMS.

Provider names are shown inside authenticated settings and integration screens where they are needed to operate a connection. Enabling an integration is the tenant’s choice.

Retention

Account and workspace records are kept while the workspace is active and after cancellation for a reasonable recovery period, backup, security, dispute, and legal purposes.

We do not automatically destroy business records when a subscription is cancelled. Completed deletion requests are handled manually by support.

Security

We use access controls, tenant isolation in the application and database, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and server-side secrets for integrations. We do not claim a specific third-party security certification in this policy.

Access, correction, and deletion

Workspace owners and permitted staff can view and update many records inside the product. For access, correction, or deletion requests that cannot be completed in the product, email privacy@plootek.com.

We may need to verify that the requester is authorized for the relevant workspace. Tenant-customer deletion requests should ordinarily be directed to the tenant business first, because that business controls those records.

International processing

The Service may be hosted and processed in facilities outside your province or country, including by our processors. If you use the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
